Breakfast: served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Smoking and organizing parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WILLA U STACHONIÓW

 

1. Upon check-in, the guest is required to present a valid photo ID. Refusal to do so may result in the key not being issued.
2. Starting your stay and making the deposit payment means acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3. The stay is charged per hotel day. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM the next day.
5. Extension of the stay must be reported by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. Approval depends on availability.
6. Remaining in the room after 11:30 AM will result in a charge for an additional night.
7. Guests are not allowed to share their room with third parties.
8. Unregistered visitors may stay in the room only between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. After that, they are considered additional guests and                 will be charged accordingly.
9. Children under the age of 13 must remain under adult supervision. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused.
10. Smoking tobacco or other products on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a 1,100 PLN fee for room                                 deodorization.
11. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected not to disturb others.
12. Guests bear material and legal responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
13. In case of damage, Willa u Stachoniów reserves the right to withhold funds from the guest’s card or bank account.
14. It is forbidden to use irons, heaters, or other electrical devices not included in the room's standard equipment.
15. Before leaving the room, guests must ensure the door is locked.
16. Responsibility for items brought onto the premises is governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
17. Items left behind will be stored for 3 months or sent back at the guest’s expense.
18. Pets are not allowed. Bringing animals into the property is strictly forbidden.
19. Ski boots must not be worn outside the ski room, and ski equipment must not be taken into any other area.
20. Guest data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Guests have the right to access and correct their data.
21. In the case of an obvious pricing error, the property reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
22. Willa u Stachoniów may refuse service to guests who have violated the rules or caused damage during previous stays.
      Such individuals may be added to a guest warning list (e.g., whosyourguest.com).

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

According to Article 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the guest does not have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the provision of hotel services.

COMPLAINTS

 

1. Complaints must be submitted via email: stachoniow@gmail.com or in writing to the property's address.
2. Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.
3. The complaint must include a description of the problem, date and time of the event, and guest contact details.
4. The complaint will be reviewed within 30 days, and a response will be sent to the provided email address.
    Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common courts.
